How much is your delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE for orders of £30 and over. For orders below £30, delivery is just £4.99.
How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days, and you will be able to track your order from dispatch up until delivery.
How are the books protected while in transit?
Every order is wrapped in bubble wrap and then dispatched in premium book packaging that is highly durable to provide maximum protection and make sure the book arrives to you in pristine condition!
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order, you are welcome to just buy one book or several books.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we give you 5% off your whole order if you buy any two or three books and 10% off your whole order if you buy four or more books. We will also be giving additional discount codes from time to time, so keep an eye on our social media!
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers ranging in value from £10 to £50. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please visit our Gift Vouchers page to purchase and for further information.

What type of books do you sell?
We specialise in high-quality children’s books for babies, toddlers and young children under 5 years old. Our collection includes story books, board books, sensory books, interactive books, activity books, early learning books and educational books designed to make reading exciting, engaging and fun.
We carefully choose books that offer more than just a story. Many of our books include interactive features such as lift-the-flaps, textures, sounds, sliders, wipe-clean activities and sensory elements that help keep little ones entertained for longer and encourage children to return to books again and again.
We focus on books that support early development, imagination, speech, fine motor skills, curiosity and screen-free play - while still being fun, exciting and enjoyable for children and parents to read together.
As a family-run business, every book is hand-selected with quality, value and child development in mind.
Are your books safe for babies and toddlers?
Absolutely. All of our books are carefully selected from trusted publishers and are designed specifically for babies and young children. Where relevant, they meet UK safety standards, use non-toxic inks, and are made to withstand little hands (and mouths!).
Do you sell board books and chew-safe books?
Yes! Many of our books are sturdy board books made for babies and toddlers. Product descriptions will always tell you if a book is suitable for very young children or for teething exploration.
Are the books age-appropriate?
Yes. Every book is chosen with child development in mind and is clearly labelled with a recommended age range, so you can shop with confidence.
Why do you focus on books for under-5s?
We believe the early years are magical. Books help build language, confidence, imagination, and a lifelong love of reading - starting from day one.
Why choose books over apps or digital learning?
Books don’t distract, over-stimulate or rush children. They invite children to slow down, turn pages, ask questions and imagine - at their own pace.
Reading together helps develop speech, listening skills, emotional understanding and a love of stories - all through simple, screen-free interaction.
What are interactive books?
Interactive books are designed to keep little ones engaged through hands-on play and sensory exploration. Features like lift-the-flaps, textures, sounds, sliders and wipe-clean activities help encourage curiosity, early learning, fine motor skills and a love of books from an early age.
Do you add new books regularly?
Yes! We spend a lot of time searching for exciting new books to share with our customers. Make sure you’re subscribed to our email list and follow us on social media, as these are the first places we announce new arrivals.
Are your books suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Children’s books make thoughtful, educational and long-lasting gifts for babies, toddlers and young children. Whether you’re buying for a birthday, baby shower, Easter or Christmas, we have a wide range of books perfect for gifting.

All of our books are sourced from trusted UK publishers and suppliers, ensuring high quality and reliable stock. Sourcing from UK publishers and suppliers also helps us ensure our books meet UK safety regulations and are suitable for babies and young children.
By choosing UK-sourced books only, we support British authors, illustrators, printers, and small businesses - helping jobs, skills, and investment stay within our communities and economy.

Do you really select every book yourself?
Yes - every book is hand-selected by us as a family-run business. We only stock books we genuinely believe are right for babies and toddlers. We also specifically focus on books that offer sensory, interactive and educational value to help support early learning and development.

What if something isn’t right with my order?
Just contact us - we’ll always do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.
Can I return a book if I decide it’s not right?
Yes. If something isn’t quite right, just refer to the instructions within our Refund Policy and we will be happy to help.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Please contact us straight away. We’ll investigate and then arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
